TV Station Manager (Indigenous prioritised)

Full-time, Mparntwe/Alice Springs

ICTV is looking for an experienced Television Station Manager to manage its free-to-air and on-demand broadcast services in Mparntwe/Alice Springs.

The Station Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the overall day to day management of the television station, including the coordination of multiple platforms and content acquisitions. Your principal responsibility is to ensure that the programming on the ICTV television and on-demand services is continuous, meets audience needs, is dynamic and engaging and conforms to the ICTV Programming Policy.

News Director

Full-time, Mparntwe/Alice Springs

ICTV is looking for an established reporter/producer with senior editorial experience to oversee its expanding newsroom in Mparntwe/Alice Springs. 

The News Director reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for managing ICTV’s television news services: Community News, a 45-minute monthly news and current affairs program for Indigenous people who live in remote areas, and Young Way News, a TikTok news channel for young Indigenous people. The News Director plays the lead role in the development and production, including supporting and training reporters, producers, language workers, cadets, and presenters.
